  • Dispute Information: Dispute titles and descriptions, communications and messages related to disputes, uploaded documents and attachments, email correspondence forwarded to dispute-specific email addresses, party information (names and email addresses of involved parties)

  • Usage Information: Token usage for AI-powered features, service interaction logs, feature usage patterns

Information Automatically Collected

  • Technical Information: IP address, browser type and version, device information, access times and dates, pages viewed, referring website addresses

  • Analytics Information: Performance metrics through Azure Application Insights, error logs and diagnostic information, service health monitoring data

  • Azure Blob Storage: Documents and attachments with secure access controls

  • Embeddings Storage: AI-generated embeddings for search functionality, isolated by dispute

Security Measures

  • Encryption in transit and at rest

  • Role-based access control and partition keys

  • Time-limited SAS tokens for document operations

  • Azure Key Vault for sensitive configuration

  • Private endpoints for database access

Data Isolation

  • Partition keys ensure dispute-level data isolation

  • Search queries limited to authorized dispute content

  • AI processing maintains dispute-level isolation

  • Active disputes: retained throughout the dispute lifecycle

  • Closed disputes: retained for 7 years after closure

  • Account deletion: data deleted upon request, except where required by law
